Asia Cup 2010 Pakistan Team Squad
The Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi is hoping the Asia Cup 2010 will prove the things to come for Pakistan as the team leave for Sri Lanka. Shahid Afridi is hoping that the Asia Cup 2010 in Sri Lanka will provide the impetus for Pakistan’s preparations going into the 2011 ICC World Cup.
He also said that he would prefer that the past be forgotten as also bitter differences and that the team can move on with a more united effort, on the field as well as off it through meetings and dinners as a bonding experience. The Pakistan team left for Sri Lanka for the tournament that begins from the 15th of June.

Team included Imran Farhat, Salman Butt (vice captain), Shahzaib Hasan, Shoaib Malik, Shahid Afridi (captain), Umer Akmal, Kamran Akmal (WK), Abdul Razzaq, Shoaib Akhter, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Aamir, Saeed Ajmal, Abdul Rehman, Umer Amin and Asad Shafiq for the tournament.
