WhatsApp Ready To Launch Voice Calling Feature
The most popular messaging service WhatsApp is ready to introduced it's video calling feature as they are testing their services on various Android devices. A Reddit user claimed voice calling feature enabled on his handset as he received the call from another Tester. Pradnesh07 uploaded the screenshots that showed WhatsApp voice calling activated on his handset.
The integration of the app in the Android interface is looking extremely simple. There are three tabs, calls, chats and contacts. A user during call can utilize options like speakerphone, mute, and to send an instant message.
Users have been listening the news about the calling feature to be included in popular messaging app for long time as WhatsApp's CEO Jan Koum stated in October that the feature would most likely launch in early 2015.
