Salt Range is a hill system in Pakistan which deriving its name from its extensive deposits of rock salt.

The Khewra Salt Mine is located in Khewra and north of Pind Dadan Khan.








Tilla Jogian Salt Range

Tilla Jogian is the highest peak in the Eastern Salt Range in Punjab, Pakistan.





Warcha Salt Mine

Warcha Salt Mine is located in Warcha village and one of the 51 Union Councils of Khushab District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan.





Kalabagh Salt Range

Kalabagh Salt Range is located in Kalabagh near Mianwali in Panjab.





Motorway M2 Salt Range

Motorway M2 Salt Range is located new New Peer Da Khara new Kalar Kahar, Panjab.

I heard about these mines through my uncle who personally visited them all and had a great time there. After seeing your photos I must say he was right that these mines and salt hills looks awesome. He also told me that these mines are biggest one mines from all over the world. Is he right?
