Flour 2- ¾ cups
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Dried herbs 2 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Instant yeast 2 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Lukewarm water as required
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
Sun dried tomatoes (chopped) 2 tbsp
Olive oil for brushing
Olive for topping
Cooking Directions
In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder, oregano, dried herbs, black pepper, yeast and vegetable oil. Kneed into soft dough with water.
Turn it out in to lightly flour surface and knead until smooth.
Put in a greased bowl, coat with oil. Cover with a demote cloth; let it raised for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, punch down dough, and place on greased baking sheet, pat into a half inch thick rectangle.
Brush top with olive oil, sprinkle with both cheese, chopped olive, garlic and sun dried tomatoes and coriander.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with any dip.
