Russian Salad Easy Recipe

Ingredients

Potatoes (boiled) 1 cup
Peas (boiled) Â½ cup
Carrot (boiled) 1 cup
Cucumber 2
Egg (boiled) 1
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp (heaped)
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper Â½ tsp
Castor sugar 2 tbsp
Salad leaves for garnish

Cooking Directions

Cut all vegetables into cubes.

In a bowl mix vegetables, salt, pepper, sugar, mayonnaise and fresh cream together.Serve garnished on bed of salad leaves decorate with boiled egg slices.

Sounds healthy and hygienic. I have eaten such salad only in the marriage but do not know how to make it. Now I have the recipe and very soon I am going to try it at home.

Thanks @dua for sharing.... But can we use whole cream instead of Mayonnaise.
