First of all, the single most effective thing you can do is to take off shoes, socks etc as soon as you can. Just being barefoot can bring some relief when your feet are tired and sore.
A nice warm foot soak with Epsom salts or Radox or something similar might be good.
A massage could be effective. You can give yourself a foot massage in front of the TV. Just take a tennis ball and roll it backwards and forwards along the length of the sole of your foot. Do each foot for five or ten minutes.
When you're done with these things just put your fee up and rest.
