It is called "Puente del Inca" a product of a natural bridge rock formation. The bridge through the Vacas River. Mountain range is in the northwest of the province of Mendoza. There are hot springs rich in minerals and salts. Waters are said to be curative and anti-stress. If an object is exposed at the spa a couple of days is mineralized.
In 1925 a famous hotel was built, which is used natural hot springs. Each room had its own bath. It was attended by celebrities of the time. In 1965 a flood destroyed most of the hotel and was left in ruins. Today is a tourist spot where you can appreciate the bridge, the baths and the ruins of the hotel.
