Post by chandoo » Mar 16, 2015 Views: 1803

A British man named Charles Eugster is breaking boundaries and setting records at the ripe age of 95. After retiring from his career as a dentist, Eugster invested his time in testing his physical limits. He began training as a runner when he was 80 years old, also reportedly picking up rowing and bodybuilding.

On Sunday, March 8, Eugster's hard work paid off when he competed in the 200-meter sprint at the British Masters Athletics Federation. Running in the 95-and-over division, the impressive man crossed the finish line after 55.38 seconds, beating American Orville Rogers previous record by 2.4 seconds.

I hope I'm still going strong at 95! Well done!
