question no 2

Post by pgpapupg » Aug 14, 2009 Views: 2520

There is magic number containing nine different digits 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 (not in order).
The total nine digit number is divisible by 9.
If the rightest digit is omitted then the new 8-digit number is divisible by 8.

If the rightest digit is omitted then the new 7-digit number is divisible by 7.

If the rightest digit is omitted then the new 6-digit number is divisible by 6.

and so on...
But the last number is of-course divisible by 1 and also by 3.
Tell the original nine-digit magic number.
