Ingredients
- Milk 750 Ml
- ilachi Powder 1/2 Tsp
- sugar 1/2 Cupfresh Cream 4 Oz
- zafran Pinch
- pistachio For Decoration
Instructions
Boil the milk for 10-15 minutes till reduced to half. Add in the dissolved saffron and sugar, also the ilachi powder. Chill thoroughly and add in the cream. Then beat with electric beater or blend till foamy. Pour in glasses and serve immediately with pistachio.
