Kailash Temple at Ellora Caves Aurangabad, is one of the 34 monasteries and temples, extending over more than 2 km, that were dug side by side in the wall of a high basalt cliff in the complex located at Ellora, Maharashtra, India. Of these 34 monasteries and temples, the Kailasa (cave 16) is a remarkable example of Indian rock-cut architecture on account of its striking proportion; elaborate workmanship architectural content and sculptural ornamentation.
I am huge fan of such historical spots although i never had explored that temple before, but after having view of these images i am keen to make a visit there someday. I heard about that temple from my uncle that is most ancient one temples and having different caves as well that makes it more mysterious one , it is also from one UNESCO world's heritage sites.
