ICC Controversy On Fastest Century Record 2014

Cole Anderson on Wednesday broke the record of Shahid Afridi of scoring the fastest century in ODI match on 36 balls with 12 sixes and 4 fours.
Surprisingly there has yet been no comment from ICC over this issue because the reason is very strong, according to the ICC laws, there must be bold 50 total overs and 25 overs from each side to be counted as a ODI match.
The match in which Anderson scored 100 against West Indies was not a full 50 over match but were only bold 21 overs from each side so due to that reason ICC has not updated its record and even have not updated on the issue.
This issue seams to be strong case because there is a difference of total 8 overs and 4 overs on each side, and Afridi might get it away with his usual luck.
