Flies can be seen sunbathing, in a group queuing up outside a loo badly in need of a wee and one - presumably a horse fly - is riding bareback. A strange man has arranged dead flies into interesting little scenes that seem to display quite an unsettling amount of humanity.

Reminds me a bit of the animation of early Czech pioneer Ladislaw Starewicz, who made stop-motion films using real dead insects. The bugs, sometimes given drawn-on arms and legs, are cleverly positioned on simple pencil pictures that transform them into stick men - or should that be stick insects - in a range of comic poses.
