For Sauce
Chicken stock 1 cup
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Minced garlic 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Brown sugar ⅓ cup
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chicken strips cooked 1 cup
Subway bread buns

Cooking Directions
In a pan, add stock, onion, garlic, red chilli flakes, brown sugar, balsamic and white vinegar. Simmer over medium heat until onions are soft and flavors are blended.
Using a blender, puree the sauce until smooth.
Add puree back to the pan. Add salt to taste. Mix in the cooked chicken and serve with salad on subway buns.
