Alcatel Pop 2 4" is running Android OS v4.4.2 KitKat with Quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, Accelerometer, proximity, compass, GPS with A-GPS and Java via Java MIDP emulator. Alcatel Pop 2 4" featured with GPRS, EDGE, WiFi, Bluetooth, microUSB v2.0 and 2G 3G 4G network over SIM.
