Actually girls didn't mean to expose them, they just want to look good but boys ( lusty boys )staring on them and try to grab out the Beauty. Not all the boys staring and raise such a question.
while boys walking on streets with fully fashion, we didn't say that why they expose them?

Well its seems to be very natural. Girls have more sexual feelings than boys that's why they expose them more than boys and its directly works on boys.
usually this factor found in younger generation.

they expose because they want to show their body to others, tell me something if a hungry man see any food , he will attack on that food to eat it, so all men form nautre are excite to see women espicially who r half nude or u can say completely nude, so fi some one ask for friendship or misbehave them , they became angry, real fualt is girls nakedness , not male's behave,
