ViewSonic has introduced the VP50 Series of LCD screens in India. This series includes the 22-inch widescreen VP2250wb, the 26-inch widescreen VP2650wb and the traditional 4:3 19-inch VP950.

Something that makes the VP50 series stand out from other LCD monitors in the market today is the fact that they ensure widest tonal range and largest color gamut, making the displays ideal for both creative as well as business professionals.

ViewSonic Announces VP50 LCD Series In India

All the VP50 series of LCDs support HDCP, are Windows Vista certified and have a very ergonomic design. They offer a 4.7-inch height adjustment range, a 120 degree swivel, pivot and tilt. Further, with the THinEdge deisgn and integrated moutning holes, the new ViewSonic models allow for easy tiling of multiple displays.

According to Alan Chang, Managing Director of Americas, EMEA & Asia Pacific Regions, “ViewSonic’s heritage is based on bringing innovative and competitively proced displays to business professionals and consumers.”

“The inclusion of OptiColor technology provides precise colors for a more satisfying viewing experience and makes these displays critical for professionals that depend on vibrant color for anything from desktop publishing and movie reproduction to CAD/CAM,” he added.

The ViewSonic VP950b LCD screen combines 1280×1024 native resolution, 2ms response time, 280 nits of brightness and a 2000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.

The ViewSonic VP2250wb LCD offers a 1680×1050 native resolution, 2ms response time and 3000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. The result is clear, crisp images and beautiful color quality.

The VP2650wb has a 1920×1200 native resolution, 2ms response time and a 3000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. This provides the ability to display true high definition 1080p content, delivering fluid, full-motion images.

Further, ViewSonic also offers the PerfectSuite Plus software along with these LCDs which provides users with an simple way to adjust settings, calibrate colors, manage assets and prevent theft.

ViewSonic’s VP50 Series of displays will be available in India this month. The LCD monitors come with a three-year limited warranty. Only the price of the VP2250wb is known as of now at Rs.29,999.
