5 Ways To Maintain your Teeth Healthy






When you want to maintain beauty of your teeth and smile, you certainly have to follow proper dental hygiene.

1. Brush at least twice a day







Many dentists suggest brushing your teeth at least twice a day, morning and evening, particularly before sleeping.
However, it is very important to remember the fact that you should not brush your teeth not more than 3 times a day.


2. Allot little extra time

Ensure that you allot at least 2 to 3 minutes for brushing your teeth. Don’t rush to brush your teeth and brush properly.

3. Don’t brush too hard




Can you believe most of the people damage their teeth by brushing hardly? So, be gentle while cleaning and brushing your teeth.

4. Don’t forget to massage gums





Massaging your gums regularly is very important to do after brushing your teeth. This can help you to keep your gums healthy and ensure good shine for your gums.

5. Reduce coffee intake

Coffee is one of the most dangerous threats for your beautiful smile. Try to limit it as much as possible.

Apart from following these tips, ensure that you limit consumption of rich carbohydrate and sugar content foods and don’t forget to floss your teeth at least once in a day.

I also want to share some tips here.
Don't smoke cigarettes as they cause serious health illness.
Avoid alcohol.
Floss your teeth after eating anything.
Try to avoid soft drinks like soda or coke.
Visit your dentist in routine.

Hello
Many way to care your teeth like brush your teeth,use a dry bristle brush for the first two minutes of cleaning,spend time moving the bristles at and below the gum line, where it is most important to clean, floss your teeth and avoid snacking constantly.
