Second, it can beautify the skin. lycopene can remove the free radicals inside the human body and prevent the skin dryness.
Third, it can improve the tastes of foods and strengthen the appetite for people.
Fourth, losing weight by tomatoes can accelerate the secretion of growth hormones during the sleep and improve the metabolism.
