1.The number one rule to remember with curling your eyelashes is to make sure your eyelashes are clean

2.Begin with the underside of your upper lashes, moving the brush slowly upward toward the tips of your lashes.

3.Always hold the wand parallel to your eyelid. Roll the brush slowly on the upward stroke to promote separation of the lashes.

4.Allow the first coat of [b]mascara to dry before applying the second coat in the same manner.

5.Use less mascara for the lower lashes.
Contact lens wearers should stick to waterproof mascara formulas

6.Apply mascara after eye shadow and eyelin
Be sure to apply more mascara to the lashes both top and bottom

7.Mascara's also come in a waterproof formula. Try different brushes and see which works best for you.
