We’re people whose lives full of stress, it’s time for you to learn your stress levels so you could probably tackle stress on the run. Wearing one of these Stress Watches will be the best way to know your stress level, which has reached certain unbearable level, and it’s time to relax.

The StressWatch has a watch face that shows a black bar graph to tell you your stress levels. The blues and greens mean you’re mellow, but the pink, red or orange means that you’re stressed out. The StressWatch could possibly read your pulse or sweat from your wrist.

The watch also tells time, so you won’t miss your appointment. And at the same time you will be able to know your stress level when the time’s up or deadlines are close. Since the StressWatch is on your wrist, you should immediately look for a way to lower your stress level, such as taking a deep breath, looking at the watch until the stress subsides.
