Hi,
Nice presentation but where is the procedure!
I will definitely try this as my gym coach advised me to take banana shake.

Strawberries and banana shake is the best drink for morning breakfast. Which is the great source of vitamin C, you get 183 calories from this shake. Take 2 to 3 pieces strawberry and one piece banana. Do small pieces of the fruits, then mix with milk and grind it properly. Your shake will be ready for drink.
