y my topics wnt visible as soon as i post

it shows This post will not be visible to other users until approved by the moderator!

if mod wont come for 10 days than what should happen to my posts

First of all i welcome you on xcitefun.net forum
And about your question, you may have noticed that your posts are approved with in an hour and there has never been an incident that some post was not approved for 10 days Twisted Evil

And there is at least one moderator on the site in the day. You can see the online members which have their user name in green.
However, user suggestions are always welcome and they are encouraged to participate in the forum. I have come across your posts and they are nice ones. However you need some tweaks for them which our moderators will be telling you time to time.
