hello ,
plz help me if any one can.
my brother living in canada and he sent me a mobile of samsung its does not show any network(NO SERVICE) i tried with hutch,airtel, spice punjab, iedia. etc when i try to find network manually 'no network found' apears. i want to use this phone in india

*#9998*1111# IT APEAR *#9998*----# and Rev 1.2
*#9998*2222# it apear *#9998*----# and HW ver: REV 1.0MP
but all these things could not help me same thing apearing on screen no service

MY BROTHER WAS USEING CINGULAR SIM IN THIS AND CINGULAR ALSO WRITEN ON IT.
i want to use this phone plz help me i will very thank .

Hi There,
It has been locked by the service provider in Canada, all you can do is you have to unlock it.Now-a-days a lot of small cellphone repaire shops do this type of unlocking through the internet get the unlocking code and flash the phone and it will be unlocked and i think they should charge you between Rs.200 to Rs.450.
