Sam Rodia, an Italian immigrant made this one of a kind art called Watts Tower on a residential lot in South Central Los Angeles. He spent 33 years for this project alone. No helpers or any workers helped Sam for this project. Made from any junk or scarp you might find ( Soda bottle, tin cans etc. )
