yes the site speed is much much improved...
now i think u should work on site structure.
let me give some suggestions.
as per new google policies now u can add ads on login pages and the pages which have no other content. so add the ads on ur posting and login/register pages.
u need to work on making site postings more attractive by adding mod of TOP 3 posts, (pics & hyperlink) on homepage as it is in naveed bhai's website.
furthermore, i'll comment on ur 2 posting functions, 1. the post first gets approved by moderator then it is visible to other users, thts a good thing. and secondly it gives topic review on every reply page.

I appreciated your "approval of post" mod, because in this way we can reduce the maximum spam in forum... actually we can kill spam !! Very Happy

am I right ? ,there will be no chances of spammers to post in...

i will come to your point shalin, you say "members can not post fast"
first and foremost, the post in approved in 24 hrs... that's perhaps moderators can guarantee ! whenever I have posted, I found my post approved within few hrs... !
secondly, there isnt anybody dying on the forum right?
that he or she needs an urgent reply within few minutes... !

I kept my point of view...
now its up to you all to take decision...

BTW posts of the moderators do not require approval. So when we have members which ll be very active in the forum, they can be assigned to the moderator group, allowing them to post as fast as they can and also can have a look at the spam....
