Right from the Japan here is the new recipe of cooking rice with canned coffee. This flavored rice dishes known as "Takikomi Gohan", in which rice is cooked with different ingredients to give it a distinct taste. All you have to do is cook rice as you normally but use canned coffee instead of water, then sprinkle sesame and salt on top. It taste absolutely yummy, with a pleasant savory smell like that of roasted green tea and a slightly bitter yet refreshing aftertaste.
