Hi friends,
I would like to drink protein shakes in the morning which do not include protein powder like whey protein.
I was thinking eggs and milk and honey and stuff like that......
Also when you drink raw eggs do you take the whole egg or just the egg yolk?
So do you guys have any recipe ideas?
Thanks in advance.
