Hi friends,

I would like to drink protein shakes in the morning which do not include protein powder like whey protein.
I was thinking eggs and milk and honey and stuff like that......
Also when you drink raw eggs do you take the whole egg or just the egg yolk?
So do you guys have any recipe ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Generally egg yolk contains a substance called albumin, which is a substance that can dry your skin. The major benefit of this substance is to keep dry our acne and make our pores tight.

Thanks
