Thank you Ujala, thank you ONI for liking my idea,
Definitly we should start this new session, and should conduct interviews of each other if our Admin permits us, but for this we really need a great number of members to joined together and to ask this to our admin........

I am waiting for monday 27th April, when I will see all the comments from you people on my idea n we together will take further steps to make this forum really more xciting and understanding........

i see some nice suggestions from your side and from other members participating. Every idea that participates to forum and utilizes the forum resources for good is most welcome. But currently, your idea is in raw and not structured. I have been looking this thread from the day you created. Please finalize this thread and i ll do what ever may be needed to implement the idea i.e if a new forum is needed etc. The reason i am asking you to do so is that i feel you can parse it in a better way.
