Mischa Barton graces the Vanity Fair magazine March 2009 issue. This is Mischa’s fourth editorial spread in just a couple of weeks. It’s really cool seeing her cater to different magazines and different countries. BlackBook in the US, FHM in the UK, Marie Claire in Spain and now Vanity Fair in Italy. Mischa is feautred inside the current issue of Vanity Fair in Italy. The shoot is absolutely spectacular.
