Gypsy glamor, feminine mystique, details in the form of embroidery, layering and rich colors, has all been a signature style of Pria Kataria Puri. She has won the Bharat Yuva Ratna award along with the Bharat Vikas award for designing woman's wear.
Her designs Kashmir Ki Kali Fashion Shoot had a very Kashmir feel to it as far as the embroidery was concerned. However, the collection jumped lot of silhouettes from the sari, the toga, the kaftan, you saw it all. On the whole, it reminded you of the Shalimar and Nishad Baghs in Kashmir.
