Iron-Rich Foods

  • beans, including kidney, lima, navy, black, pinto, soy beans, and lentils

  • greens, including collard greens, kale, mustard greens, spinach, and turnip greens
  • tofu

Consume iron rich foods such as clams, oysters, lean beef and beans. All of these foods have differing degrees of iron that help to boost the bloods iron levels.
