Help About Location Finding

Lucky its a task for you ... can u do that ?

well i have any post code of UK . now i can determine longitude and altitude. now my problem is
if users entered longitude and altitude then we calculate the distance and our program return the post codes lies in that calculated Area..

for example Glasgow post code is G3 and in which different locations exit
like G3 8AZ..

so i want all the locations exist in that post code and vise versa....

i hope u can understand what i mean to say
