The Halloween party was bumpin' at the Hardrock Café in Mumbai, which was thrown by one of Emraan Hashmi's friends. The actor attended the event and seemed to be having a great time! Why no costume, Emraan? Perhaps the 'serial kisser' is spooky enough without one?
