All purpose flour 300 gm
Clarified butter 4 - 5 tbsp
Katira gum/gond 2 tbsp
Sesame 2 tbsp
Sugar 3/4 cup
Walnut 2 tbsp
Cashew 2 tbsp
Almond 2 tbsp
Clarified butter (desi ghee) 2 - 3 tbsp
Solid milk 1 cup
Preheat clarified butter and roast the all purpose flour until light brown.
Fry katira gum separately and grind well.
Now fry the dry fruits.
Add katira gum, sesame, sugar and clarified butter (desi ghee) in roasted flour.
Roast for a while and let it cool. Then add solid milk and make the balls.
Topped with dry fruits.
Dried fruit sweets is ready to serve.
