Art is art. It does not matter what medium you use. Hell, I even saw in the news a man who used tortillas as a canvas. Do you think some people didn't oppose Picasso's abstract creations? I see no problem. Just because you aren't using paint or clay doesn't mean it can't be called art. Sculpt on, my friend!
