Ingredients
Lettuce leaves - 1bunch
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2 or 3
Mustard paste - 1 table spoon
Lime juice - from 1 lime
Fried left over chappatis
Method
Clean and wash lettuce leaves,discard the veins, and cut them into fairly big pieces. Either keep them chilled or soak in ice cold water. Cut tomatoes and onions as well. Just before serving mix all the veggies, mix the other ingredients and then on the table top it with fried rotis.
Lettuce leaves turn crisp on soaking in water which makes the salad crunchy
