Acer is going to introduce its latest Android netbook with dual-boot which will offer both Windows XP and Google’s open-source Android platform.Acer Android dual-boot netbook will be available in August 2009.Acer hedged their bets and decided to make Android the “quick-boot” option rather than the sole OS.The Acer had also confirmed that if demand for a solely-Android netbook is perceived, then they will consider developing such an option.The Acer has already been named as one of Google’s hardware partners.
