A help needed from members

Okay guys I have got 2 sets of samples here............ There are actually two sheets of survey............The first set (of the 2 sheets) contains marked information and guidelines and the second set is an example.........After you have familiarized the thingy just mail me so that i can give you the link to your Custom Survey sheets with your name on it. If you have any doubts please tell me

However there might be one small problem, you will have to adjust the resolution of the image once you save it to your system, cause not everyone has the same Printer....................

Select the images, right click and click print...........follow on the wizard instructions and then when you come to the Layout Selection Screen, select only from Full Page Prints accordingly and then thats all............

Let the prints come out and you are set to go........but DONT print THESE ONES..........after you have read this just give me a PM that you have understood and then i will provide you with your custom survey sheets.....Print those then................

Wow now thats just perfect............Now i can be your close friend......even Bio is my fav subject and I plan to go for MBBS after 12th grade and then specialize in cardiology

I will give you the images of the sheets 2morrow that is sunday.........I wud request you to complete the survey within a week cause I am kinda running out of time............According to what I believe is that the survey wud be over within a day itself if you visit a shopping mall or a hypermarket...........
